Welcome to Alphix, a multi-vendor platform owned and operated by Alphix Business Solution Private Limited, registered in Navi Mumbai, India. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • “Platform” refers to Alphix, including its website and mobile applications.
  • “User” refers to both service providers (vendors) and customers using our platform.
  • “Vendor” refers to businesses listed on the Alphix platform.
  • “Customer” refers to individuals searching for services.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY

  • Vendors and customers must create separate accounts through their respective applications.
  • Vendors must provide valid business documents for verification.
  • Alphix reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend accounts at its discretion.

3. LISTING & RANKING

  • Alphix lists only the top 5 service-based businesses per category, ranked based on customer reviews.
  • Initial listings are free for the first 6 months from launch.
  • After 6 months, vendors will be charged on a per-lead basis.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Vendors agree to the per-lead pricing model after the initial free period.
  • Payments must be made via Alphix-approved payment gateways.
  • No refunds will be issued except in cases of incorrect deductions due to platform errors.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Users must provide accurate information during registration.
  • Vendors are responsible for the quality and delivery of their services.
  • Customers must engage with vendors at their own discretion.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • Customers can report issues through the Alphix app.
  • Alphix will act as a mediator but does not take legal responsibility.
  • Vendors can raise disputes regarding lead quality or platform-related concerns.
  • If a resolution is not reached, disputes must be handled independently.

7. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

  • Alphix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating policies.
  • Users can deactivate their accounts at any time.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Alphix does not guarantee the quality of services offered by vendors.
  • We are not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages resulting from vendor-customer interactions.

9. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

  • Alphix operates in compliance with Indian laws, including IT Act 2000 and Consumer Protection Laws.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

  • Alphix may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
